Leasehold

Foralienable and hereditary right to have a building on or under foreign land. Certain time, often 99 years. After expiration of the certain time expires the leasehold (Latin superficies, colloquially, leasehold). For the building, the landowner has to pay the claimant a compensation (only first rank in the land register).
