IMSWARE: New Module Conference Room Management
IMS extends its CAFM software IMSWARE is a stand-alone module for conference room management. The module is very powerful and complexly automated. Among other things, a reservation can automatically request additional services and supplement services. For this purpose, the module offers different roles for users. Conference Room Management is available as on-premise, private, or IMS hosted Cloud Service.
The IMSWARE Conference Room Management module is an arbitrarily scalable self-service tool for booking conference and other rooms within a company or organization. A special feature is the very high degree of automation: on request, a booking can be supplemented with additional services such as catering, technical equipment and services, cleaning through to billing, data transfer to third-party systems and even the issue of hospitality receipts. In addition, digital displays can be accessed at rooms and filled with reservation messages.
The ability to create specific roles for different user groups is also a novelty in the market. For example, the conference room manager has the option of manually intervening in the self-automated system. He also has higher-level reporting options.
A first customer is already using the system for around 40,000 employees as a booking solution for conference rooms. "We are very pleased to replace the market leader in conference room management software with this client with IMSWARE Conference Room Management," says Michael Heinrichs, Managing Director IMS, "In addition to the self-explanatory interface with the option of automatically fading tool tips, this customer was particularly impressed by the high level of automation of the new module," adds Heinrichs.
The module IMSWARE Conference Room Management can be used as a supplement to an existing IMSWARE installation or alternatively as an independent booking system for conference rooms and is now available.
