IMSWARE User Meeting 2017 - The right mix
The right mix of software news, lectures by experts and users, lots of time to network and a unique location helped 15th IMSWARE user meeting on November 28, a new record. 133 participants from different branches followed the invitation to the IMS Traditions-Event.
It was on the one hand on the well-filled agenda with current topics such as: Building Information Modeling (BIM), Process optimization, energy management, IMSWARE 2018 and IMSWARE.GO! 2.0On the other hand, it was probably due to the still noticeable tension in Germany's largest football stadium. The venue of Borussia Dortmund. The location of the IMSWARE user meeting 2017.
For the suspense caused the legendary Revierderby Schalke 04 against the BVB 09, which only a few days before the Signal Iduna Park turned into a cauldron. Visible goose bumps, selfies with the 'yellow wall' or enthusiastic amazement. The Signal Iduna Park, with over 80,000 spectator seats, also fascinates those who do not know what offside actually means exactly or who is currently at the top of the table.
The lecture on the current topic Building Information Modeling (BIM), among others, provided for keen listening in the zumtobel Group Lounge Prof. Jürgen Danielzik and Gabriele Schwarte designed two of the best BIM managers in the republic. The highlights and innovations of the new IMSWARE and IMSWARE.GO were eagerly awaited! Versions. Implementation of a new CAD core, performance enhancement for editing graphics, more efficient move management, power filters and the implementation of numerous customer requests - an excerpt of the new version highlights.
In the context of energy management, Lars Hilsmann, Product Manager at IMS, introduced the new one IMSWARE.APP Energy before. With it, counter readings can be recorded by photo, read out automatically and processed in IMSWARE. Jörg Laarmann, Senior Consultant at IMS, dedicated himself to optimizing the process of the telecommunications and Internet provider BITel. Intelligently organize and sustainably improve internal processes - a report from practice.
Next program of the day: Practicing the perfect La Ola wave. How a proper crowd of spectators physically works, what the construction of the stadium has to do with the volume, whether to take a seat on the coaching bench or to cross the player tunnel accompanied by the running tune - the guided stadium tour provided for enthusiasm, a broad grin and a good atmosphere. One could say: A hint of Revierderby was in the air. The only difference: At the IMSWARE user meeting, everyone wins the day.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the participants, Prof. Jürgen Danielzik and Mrs. Gabriele Schwarte from Danielzik Baumanagement, as well as the team from Security, the catering team and our stadium expert from Signal Iduna Park.
We look forward to the User Meeting 2019! We look forward to you!
We are sorry that you did not like this post so much.
